Makka’s Camping Reviews

 

As you are aware Makka our White German Shepherd is also travelling with us.  So we will be staying at only DOG FRIENDLY SITES.  Here Makka will give you his point of view on the sites that we stay at, so that if you want to pack up head around Australia with your fur kids than you will have a good starting point on the good places and the not so good places.  

My ratings are out of 5 Woofs not Stars

 

First Stop Mission Beach at Tropical Hibiscus Caravan Park.  Well considering that we have had only 6 other caravans on site and now only 3 of us left and I am the only dog in the park, I pretty much have had the run of the place.  But being the loyal dog that I am I have stayed in my zone unless otherwise invited.  This park is pretty good, only had one kangaroo and her joey come and visit, so I know there is wildlife out there, because I can smell them.  I was told that a Cassowary comes into the park,  to be honest don’t really want to get up and personal with one of these but I guess they are watching me from a distance.  Its pretty close to the beach so I get to go for my daily walks every day. Remember if there are more dogs in the park stay on your lead with your 2 legged owners at all times, I would hate to hear that us dogs cant travel because other dogs have made it hard for us.  RATING 3 WOOFS
